We are looking for an individual or a couple who is tidy, responsible, and easygoing - a professional in mid-twenties to late-thirties (no students).

Furnished with bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is space for a desk if you have one. Spacious en-suite bathroom with toilet & shower. Even has a small balcony!

Shared Spaces:
Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. Separate laundry room with washing machine.
X2 shared spacious living/dining rooms.
Outdoor patio/garden back and front. Space for bike storage and free street parking outside.

Location:
5 min walk to West Dulwich station for trains to Victoria or Blackfriars, less than 5 min walk to the bus stop for the bus to Brixton and 15 minute walk to West Norwood and Gipsy Hill.
3 mins walk to Tesco Express and other shops/cafes.

Rent:
£1050 per month for 1 or £1300 for a couple.
Bills paid separately (incl. Wifi): about £130 each per month

About the Housemates:
Three professionals who are friendly and respectful. The landlady is known personally by us so any issues are always dealt with swiftly.
