A cosy, bright, unfurnished double bedroom is available in a friendly, well‑kept home in a vibrant neighbourhood, shared with three housemates. The area offers excellent transport links (buses and nearby stations) and is close to shops and local amenities. Based near Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and West Dulwich stations.
We are looking for a working professional, (ideally male for balance) aged between 35 and 45, who is tidy and respectful of the communal living spaces. While we do enjoy socialising together from time to time, the home is generally quiet, so someone who is comfortable with a calm and relaxed environment would feel right at home.
This is a non‑smoking household. This room is for single occupancy only. Partners are welcome to visit occasionally, but they cannot live here. You will need to be accepting of two black community cats (Sebastian and Clarence), who have become a much‑loved part of the home environment.
