Room available Herne Hill

Hey! We are Evie, Josie, Luke and Will, looking for a 5th person to join us in our 5 bed house in Herne Hill. The house is large and bright with a modern kitchen, sunlit living room opening onto a lovely garden. We also have a dining room, two bathrooms and a small spare room we use for occasional guests and playing music.

Luke and Will are two friends who met at uni who have lived here for a number of years, and Josie and Evie moved here together from Bristol in the summer. We are looking for a friendly sociable person to join our house. We like to hang out together in the evenings, whether it’s watching tv or having friends round for some games. On weekends you can regularly catch us at the lido, running and cycling or at the pub. Will also has a very tasty bread baking obsession.

The room is really large, has built in wardrobes & gets loads of light - perfect for working from home. It is unfurnished although our housemate who's leaving can leave his mattress if needed.

The house is well located situated near multiple parks, Herne Hill station has access to Thameslink to get central easily. North Dulwich and Southern rail is also a fifteen minute walk.

We are very keen to find someone who is friendly and tidy and brings good vibes to the house, but also happy doing their own thing. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your interests, and we will arrange a viewing!
