Hi everyone! I’m Felicity and I’m looking for somebody to take over a large double room in my lovely flat in Tulse Hill, South East London, long term as my flatmate is moving home for personal reasons.

Flexible move-in date, but ideally within the next month.

Bills approximately £130 pcm (including council tax)

👧About Me:
I’m 26 and currently training to be an architect (nearly there!) and working at an architecture practice. I typically work from home 2 days a week.
I love live music (always trying to get to as many gigs as possible), hiking, exploring London, visiting galleries, and film and craft nights. I’m looking for someone around a similar age who’s keen to have a friendly, sociable home rather than simply sharing a space.

Very large furnished double bedroom with:
• Double bed
• Desk (great for working from home)

Spacious and peaceful 2 bed flat with:
• Two bedrooms

• Just over 5-minute walk to Tulse Hill Station

• Around 15 minutes to Brixton for the Victoria Line
• Close to local cafés, shops, pubs, and restaurants
