Hello! I've got a spare room in my flat going for a friendly person looking for a chill place to live.

Flat is on the top floor of an awesome art deco building just on the borders of Peckham Rye, East Dulwich and Nunhead.

15 mins walk from Honor Oak Park station; 25 mins walk (7 mins bus) from Peckham Rye station. Close to Peckham Rye park and One Tree Hill nature reserve, and loads of lovely pubs in Peckham and Nunhead. Amazing coffee shop literally at the bottom of the stairs. Co-op food 5 mins walk.

Building is a quiet and friendly place to live. Very green and super chill. Flat has an internal balcony with table and chairs.

Rent includes bills for utilities inc. wifi + telly + netflix.

I work at an international NGO, I'm at the office most days, and in and out sporadically in the evenings.

I'm gay and in a relationship, but my partner lives elsewhere in London so it's just me here.

I'm pretty sociable but also happy if you prefer to do your own thing.
