the house is on two floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, a dry store, a bathroom with washing machine and closet, a living room with sofa and balcony, the whole house is illuminated all day long as it is equipped with windows that leave a relaxing view. on the upper floor we find the very bright and essential bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and the roommate.

All the furniture has been placed in the bedroom because at the time of renting the house it was completely empty so in case of need you want to keep the furniture already present, a price will be decided by mutual agreement.
