Lovely house on the border between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich. The area has a handful of great pubs, restaurants and brunch places on the doorstep and we're a 5 minute stroll away from Peckham Rye Park. It is also about a 15 minute walk from Lordship Lane, where there are plenty more shops, restaurants and bars as well as the East Dulwich train.

The house is 5 mns walk to a bus stop, meaning it's only a 10 minute bus ride to Peckham Rye Overground station. As well as being on the East London Line, there's also regular trains to London Bridge and London Victoria (10 and 15 minutes travel time respectively)! We are a 15 minute walk from Honor Oak Park, allowing similar rail connections. Oxford Circus is at 50 min by bus.

The communal areas are already furnished as seen on pictures. The room itself is very quiet and overlooks the garden at the back of the property through a large french windows. The room is part of a loft conversion, so it is quite a self contained space at the top of the house. There is a shower room, next door to the room and a family bathroom downstairs with a bath.
