After sharing this lovely flat for 3 years, I’m moving in with my partner - my friends Anastasiya and Tien will be renewing the tenancy and are looking for someone to fill my room! They are architects in their late twenties who studied together.
The flat is a safe, friendly and LGBTQ inclusive space. Thien also looks after his lovely dog part-time. They are looking for a wholesome and reliable flatmate who’d like to stay long term and become a friend. Please include a little bit about yourself in the message xx
The room:
A bright and spacious south-facing room overlooks gardens. It comes unfurnished, though much of the existing furniture in there is for sale at great value prices! Shared spaces include a cosy kitchen / living room and one large bathroom.
The building is an old mansion block with large windows and tall ceilings, across the road from Peckham Rye Park & Common. The location is a quiet corner between two lively high streets in Peckham Rye and East Dulwich.
There are lots of bus stops, a 24hr shop and a Tesco on the same street, and it’s a 15 minute walking distance from Peckham Rye station.
The tenancy:
The new contract is a shared tenancy that would begin from the 30th of December for a fixed term of a year, and continue as a rolling tenancy with a notice period of 1 month if we stay longer.
Please get in touch asap if you’re interested - we need to submit referencing forms by the end of November! I will be doing the viewings as soon as possible at evenings or weekends.
*A guarantor (who is a UK based homeowner) AND proof of income are required for the contract and sadly non-negotiable!*
