After sharing this lovely flat for 3 years, I’m moving in with my partner - my friends Anastasiya and Tien will be renewing the tenancy and are looking for someone to fill my room! They are architects in their late twenties who studied together. There’s also a fourth room which is currently being sublet by Ariella from Berlin who is studying her masters in comparative literature.
The flat is a safe, friendly and LGBTQ inclusive space. Thien also looks after his lovely dog part-time. They are looking for a wholesome and reliable flatmate who’d like to stay long term and become a friend. Please include a little bit about yourself in the message xx
The room:
A bright and spacious south-facing room overlooks gardens. It comes unfurnished, though much of the existing furniture in there is for sale at great value prices! Shared spaces include a cosy kitchen / living room and one large bathroom.
The building is an old mansion block with large windows and tall ceilings, across the road from Peckham Rye Park & Common. The location is a quiet corner between two lively high streets in Peckham Rye and East Dulwich.
There are lots of bus stops, a 24hr shop and a Tesco on the same street, and it’s a 15 minute walking distance from Peckham Rye station.
The tenancy:
The new contract is a shared tenancy that would begin from the 30th of December for a fixed term of a year, and continue as a rolling tenancy with a notice period of 1 month if we stay longer.
Please get in touch asap if you’re interested - we need to submit referencing forms by the end of November! I will be doing the viewings as soon as possible at evenings or weekends.
