1 Double Room in cosy flat

1 Double room available from February 1st in a big, bright & cosy two-bedroom flat. All bills included (see bottom for more details). Well connected (walking distance from Forest Hill & Catford Bridge, 185/122/171 buses) with shops nearby.

I’ve been living by myself for two years and I’m now looking for a flatmate! Ideally a (fully vaccinated) professional in their 30s who likes cats! (I have a 10-month old kitten). The room has a wardrobe & a bookcase but no bed. We would share the living-room, bathroom & kitchen.

Although I’m in touch with my landlord, the property is administered by an agency so you would have to go through the agency’s checks (+22k/year for income & no CCJs etc).

Rent is £800/month & includes all bills & deposit which is paid monthly (£42/month) instead of paying a lump sum prior to move in.
