Bright, clean room in family house

This room is ideal for a professional or student looking for a temporary place to stay. It's warm, clean and quiet with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It's a great place to study and to come back to after a busy day.
It's at the top of the house and next to the bathroom, shared with one other person in the next room. There are dormer windows and plenty of light.
There's a kettle in the room and a small fridge on the landing but you can also use the kitchen.
The area is quiet and close to shops, bars and restaurants. It's close to the award-winning Horniman Museum and Gardens and there are great views from nearby hills.
Transport links are excellent. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Forest Hill station and on plenty of bus routes. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There is space to store a bike and free street parking nearby.
Bedding and towels can be provided. You have use of the washing machine.
Utility bills, Wifi & Council Tax are included. Cleaning materials provided.
