Fun flat bright double room 7' walk Brixton tube

Looking for a young professional to join our flat in Brixton - 7 mins walk from the station, and 10 min walk from Herne Hill station. The available room is a quiet double room which gets the afternoon light, has storage space and room for a desk, and shares a bathroom with the other housemate we have just found. There is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with three large windows and high ceilings.
The room is for non smokers, and is available as of Nov 5th. It is £775/month plus bills (approximately £115 per month).

You’ll be living with two housemates, one male in situ (Trent) and one arriving Nov 11 ( Noah). We’re hoping to find a female flatmate for balance, and is someone who is happy to join our very social, fun flat.

Trent is 27, Australian works as a I. T engineer, who enjoys travelling, football, fashion
