Lovely flat with garden - Herne Hill/Brixton

Come live in a beautiful and spacious Edwardian flat with period features and a lovely garden.

The flat is lovely and light, with lots of windows, high ceilings and is a nice space to share.
The lounge is large and bright and there is a big kitchen with a dining area.
We also have a spare room with a sofa bed which is perfect for when friends and family come to stay.

There is a washing machine, large fridge, central heating and Virgin Broadband.
There is on street parking (permit required) and we have outdoor storage space for bikes.

I work full time for in the NHS - hybrid working- and I am laid back, tidy, clean and respectful. I love film, arts, theatre, live music and also enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and travelling.

Looking for someone who is like minded, up for having a laugh, and wants to feel at home.

There are two furry friends, Cosmo and Luna, two cats who are well behaved and good company.

The flat is situated in a brilliant area with easy access to many shops, bars and restaurants, pubs and clubs. Brixton is 15 minute walk away, with the market, Brixton Village, and Pop Brixton to explore and Herne Hill is just down the road with its’ Sunday market and Brockwell Lido.
East Dulwich/ Dulwich are also easily accessible by bus with further choice of places to eat, drink, and have fun.

There are so many lovely green spaces close by – Ruskin Park is at the end of our road, and Brockwell and Dulwich Parks are easily accessible.

There are excellent transport links and the flat is 15 minutes walk to Brixton, Denmark Hill, Herne Hill, and Loughborough Junction stations providing links to Underground/Overground, London Bridge, Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Kings Cross, Victoria.

There are also multiple bus routes which are 5 – 10 minutes walk – P4, 35, 45,345, 68,468 which can take you to all parts of London – Waterloo, Kings Cross, South Kensington, Liverpool Street.
