Short term let July - large double w en suite

We have a large, bright double room with en-suite available for short term let from 6-29th July. Total cost £1,000.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a large desk and chair.

It’s a very homely, spacious, light and airy terrace split over 3 floors with open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, three double bedrooms, a lovely garden perfect for BBQs plus a sunny roof terrace. There’s a secure bike rail out front protected behind the hedge and permit parking.

The kitchen has plenty of storage space, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, double oven, separate big pantry and fridge/freezer.

So a bit about us, Greta works in medico-legal indemnity and Tasha is an architect. We‘re happy and social housemates who love hanging out, and would love a new housemate who’s also looking for a home and won’t be a total room hermit! We also respect each other’s space and keep the house nice and clean. We both work Mon- Fri, a mixture of wfh/ office. Generally in the evenings/ weekends you’ll find us catching up with friends, out for drinks/ food, chilling at home watching TV/reading, exploring new places in London and further afield, cooking/ baking, exercising etc.

Being sandwiched between Dulwich, Herne Hill, Camberwell and Brixton (all walkable distance) it’s a fab location with so much to explore. All have great restaurants, pubs, bars, shops and lots of green space (Ruskin Park, Brockwell Park & Dulwich Park all close by).

Transport-wise:
- 2 min walk to Loughborough Junction station (frequent quick services to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Kings Cross, City Thameslink, Herne Hill, Tooting etc.)
- 10 min walk to Denmark Hill station, which has the overground (up to Peckham, Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Islington etc - or down one stop to Clapham High Street then Wandsworth, Clappy J).
- Under 15 min walk to Brixton for Victoria line
- Quick buses to other tubes - Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North etc. and into central
- Useful night buses to just down the road

There is a Tesco, Co-Op and Nisa just round the corner, and a big Sainsbury’s in Dulwich.

There are plenty of gyms and other fitness options close by (climbing, tennis courts, reformer pilates and HIIT studios, boxing etc)
