3-bed furnished flat in Loughborough Junction

Due to several of us getting jobs abroad / in different parts of the city we are sadly moving out our lovely flatshare in Loughborough Junction, and looking for a group of people to take over the tenancy.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from Brixton tube station, 15 minutes from Denmark Hill and less than 5 minutes from Loughborough Junction Thameslink station (which goes direct to Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars and Kings Cross).

There are 3 good sized bedrooms (one of them very large). There's a kitchen, a separate living room, two showers, and 3 toilets.

Accommodates 3 people, or 4 (with one couple).

The remaining tenancy is 6 months, starting from the 2nd of December, and ending on 1st June 2020. The landlord intends to keep renting out after that point, if you are looking for something long term.
