Our dear housemate Alastair is growing up and moving in with his girlfiend, so we have a double room to rent in Brixton/Herne Hill area. We're looking for someone move in mid-September.
Location-wise the flat is a 7 minute walk to Loughbrough Junction train station (15 minutes into the City) and a 10-15 minute walk to Brixton Station.

Berliner/Georgian gal who's starting a Masters at LSE (Global Development). Pub quiz queen and big fan of the disco. Likes running, yoga and cooking. Super lovely.
KATY (ME).
I'm alright. Work in Tech Sales, like red wine, scuba diving and documentaries. Learning Spanish.
We're all very friendly and clean, we spend most of our evenings in the living room chatting and watching films/TV.
Rent is £675 + bills (council tax, gas, elec, internet, water). Bills come to about £60/month.
