We have a cosy & peaceful double bedroom available to rent in Herne Hill/Tulse Hill next to Brockwell Park.

This newly renovated, beautiful garden flat is on a quiet residential street just off Brockwell Park and with the wonderful communities and facilities of Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and Brixton all within easy reach. The room is a lovely, fair sized double bedroom, complete with large chest of drawers, cupboard/hanging space, under-bed storage, desk space and direct access to the garden. We also have a separate bathroom and toilet.

We are both self-employed and work all over the local area during the daytime and one or the other of us is often away for long periods (Luke is about to leave for 3 months to Amsterdam (Covid permitting). We're friendly, polite, clean and sociable. Very happy to show you around or leave you to it. Luna is our faithful little dachshund pup and keeper of the garden from squirrel and fox intrusion. She's an incredibly affectionate little dog with a cracking personality you're sure to enjoy. She absolutely loves people.

The house is a peaceful and clean environment with all amenities you could want such as wifi, Netflix/Amazon/BT, washer/dryer, coffee machine, gas bbq.. We also have some storage space in the basement if required. Parking can be paid for out the front of the house and we have bicycle storage too.

Tulse Hill (5min walk), Herne Hill (8min walk) and Brixton (7 min bus) are all nearby for good transport links in to the city and beyond.
