Double Room in South East London

A double room in Loughborough Junction available May 1st. We live in the middle flat with two floors, located on a quiet street. It's a 4 min walk to Loughborough Junction station, which takes 10-15 minutes to get into the city center via Thameslink ( Blackfriars, City Thames, St Pancras). 15 minutes to walk to Brixton tube station.

775 pcm. Bills go around 100-150 depending on the season. Deposit is 775. Shared spaces: restroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a small garden. Queer friendly household. It will be semi furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest.

You'll be sharing it with 2 female flatmates from the US. 25/30 years old. We are friendly people with interests in film, architecture, and photography. We are ideally looking for another professional with common sense. We prefer to have a quieter and calm household we aren't a party/clubbing bunch, but not an antisocial one as we enjoy having friends over for dinners and get-togethers. No animals due to allergies. We also have a terrace and a backyard. More importantly, we would like someone who is considerate, and can CLEAN up after themselves without being told to. *This is a must as we dont use a cleaner and would like to keep shared spaces clean!*
