Sublet Double Room in South East London

Hi all,

A double room in Loughborough Junction available mid February for a short term let of two months until April with possibility to extend to May. We live in the middle flat with two floors, located on a quiet street. It's a 4 min walk to Loughborough Junction station, which takes 10-15 minutes to get into the city center via Thameslink ( Blackfriars, City Thames, St Pancras). 15 minutes to walk to Brixton tube station.

850 pcm. Bills go around 100-150 depending on the season. Shared spaces: restroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a small garden. Queer friendly household. It will be semi furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest.

You'll be sharing it with 2 flatmates. A caveat is that the landlord lives on the very top floor, which we share the staircase with. We never see him, and he never bothers us which is why we’ve stayed here for three years. He is extremely friendly. We are friendly people with interests in film, architecture, and photography. We are ideally looking for another professional with common sense. We prefer to have a quieter and calm household we aren't a party/clubbing bunch. No animals due to allergies. We also have a terrace and a backyard. More importantly, we would like someone who is considerate, and can CLEAN up after themselves without being told to. *This is a must as we dont use a cleaner and would like to keep shared spaces clean!*
