Double room for rent

I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with a courtyard in a quiet street in Loughborough Junction and I have a double room to rent

The flat has a large double and a small double. The larger double room that is being offered is very bright with high ceilings and comes with your own entrance that leads out onto a court yard

The room comes with a queen bed, a dress of drawers and an small office desk should you need when working from home

The living room is cozy and has a larger table used for dinning or working from home.

A little about me
I am a very easy going person, down to earth who don’t take life to seriously. I I am clean and tidy but would expect the same from my flat mate.
I love going to the gym, meditation, healthy eating, theatre, cinema, travel, listing to music or getting hooked on a good Netflix or some trashing TV show that everyone in the office has persuaded me to watch. I find a good book is a good way of relaxing from the stresses of the work place.
I am a professional who works in Finance and I work from home 2-3 days a week.

I’m looking for a professional guy to share this flat, not as a lodger but as a flat mate who would feel more at home. A friendly, respectable, responsible, house proud person who’s sociable but not a party person, although we do need an outlet sometimes but to be considerate of others

The train station is 5 mins walk with good links into London.
