We are a relaxed and friendly 5-bed house-share with a double ensuite available.

The house offers:

It has a huge kitchen with 3 fridge/freezers and other storage space if you enjoy cooking (we do)

There are soon to be four of us, a writer (mostly on East Africa), an architect, a design lecturer and a medical researcher. Three of us partly work from home or from local cafes or West Norwood library, home to a Picturehouse Cinema, a 15-minute walk away, which we love. We keep fit - gym, yoga, tennis, rowing.

We're 8 minutes’ walk from Brockwell Park and its Lido and gym and tennis courts. Nearby Herne Hill train station gets you to Victoria station in 10 minutes. Even closer is Tulse Hill station with fast connections to the City (London Bridge in 19 minutes) and Gatwick (in 40 mins). There are two bus stops nearby – with buses to Brixton (15 minutes away) and beyond - Denmark Hill/Euston/North London..

Housemates of all ages and lifestyles are welcome. It's a sociable house with the possibility of shared cooking/meals. But we all respect each others' space.

The rent includes all bills - council tax (band G), water, internet, energy and TV licence. The rooms have lots of natural light.
