Friendly houseshare + large garden on quiet street

We are a relaxed and friendly 5-bed house-share with 2 double rooms available.

The house offers:

It has a huge kitchen with 3 fridge/freezers and other storage space if you enjoy cooking (we do, and happily share meals)

From mid-April there will be three of us, an Italian IT consultant (our internet is fast!), a writer (mostly on East Africa) who speaks French and Italian and a medical researcher. Two of us partly work from home or from local cafes or West Norwood library/Picturehouse Cinema, a 15-minute walk away, and we go to see a film most weeks. We keep fit - gym, yoga, tennis, rowing.

We're 8 minutes’ walk from Brockwell Park and its famous Lido, gym and tennis courts. Nearby Herne Hill train station gets you to Victoria station in 10 minutes. Even closer is Tulse Hill station with fast connections to the City (London Bridge in 20 minutes and Gatwick in 40). There are 2 bus stops nearby – with buses to Brixton (12 mins away) and Denmark Hill/Euston.

Flatmates of all ages and lifestyles are welcome. It's a sociable house with the possibility of shared cooking/meals. But we all respect each others' space.

The rent includes all bills - council tax (band G), water, internet, energy and TV licence. The rooms have lots of natural light.
