Double bed in houseshare 10 mins from Brixton

Hello! We have two double rooms available in a three-storey terraced house, 5 mins from Loughborough Junction station (and 10 mins walk from Brixton). £643 and £684 a month. It has a garden with table and chairs to sit in the summer and some fruit growing, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and all four rooms are a decent size with double beds. The rooms on offer are on the second floor, with one overlooking the garden. We are a majority woman and nb household with one straight friend of ours who is a lovely queer ally, and the two people staying work in the arts and charity sectors. The two ladies moving out have stayed here for 3 years and are now moving in together. It's a really friendly, wholesome, cosy, sociable home - we sometimes cook for each other, hang out and watch TV together and are looking for like-minded housemates to join. We're currently a majority LGBTQ+ household and would particularly welcome an LGBTQ+ housemate.
Bills are generally about £90 a month, and that includes everything, from council tax (band E) to internet. The move in date (provisionally November 4th) may be a bit flexible but would definitely be in mid/later November/1st dec.
