Looking for two flatmates Brixton/Herne Hill

The house: a beautiful Victorian house with three floors with front/back garden. On the ground floor there are the common areas: large kitchen, reception room, toilet, garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (available for rent), one study and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom and bathroom.
The house is modern and fully equipped, including washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge etc.
We have lots of furnitures in the house so happy to accommodate any needs/requests.

How to get there: 10 minutes walk from Loughborough Junction/Herne Hill train station, 17 minutes North Dulwich (direct train to London Bridge) and 20 minutes from Brixton (Victoria line).



About myself: my name is Elisa, am 33 years old and I work in marketing. I work 3 times a week in the office and two days from home and in the weekend trying to relax but also staying out as much as I can. Am a very ‘common’ girl, love gym, wine, coffee, travelling, reading and shopping (so probably there will be lot of parcels!)

Ideally, am looking for two girls.



The rooms for rent: I am renting out the two rooms on the first floor, together with the bathroom on the first floor

Room A: 1,300£ plus costs (150£)

Room B: 1,100£ plus costs (150£).

There is also a little studio on the floor, it can be used by room B and also as additional storage place if needed, I will maybe use it once or twice a week. The studio is equipped with desk/screen.

Costs are around 500£ each month to be split in 3.

There is also a weekly cleaner that has been working in the house for years and she works 3 hours per week (45£).

The area: the house is located two minutes walking from Ruskin park and 15 from Brockwell. Supermarkets are at 10 minutes walk. Every Sunday in Herne Hill there is a lovely market that sell local products and food. Lot of cafes and restaurants.
