Monthly Rent: £1,600 (£369 per week)
If you sign the contract by January, I’ll offer a £1,000 incentive upfront!
If you're a student or don’t have a guarantor, a certain number of months' rent may need to be paid upfront (this can be negotiated based on your move-in date).

Utilities (including Wi-Fi): £150 per month
