About me:
I'm 28, work in tech for a bank. I wfh a few days, and have a desk in my room. I'm pretty chilled, neat and tidy, and keep the flat really clean. I'm a live-in landlord, so will be on-hand to get anything fixed ASAP! In my free time, I enjoy pub trips, the occasional night out, and playing sports - there's a great climbing gym 2-mins walk away.
Also, my gf is round 1 or 2 nights per week, and similarly I'll be at hers a couple times per week.

About you:
The flat is your home too! So things like using the living room, cooking or inviting friends/partners round is absolutely fine (as long as they're not living here 7-days a week).
I love plants, so any plants you have are welcome too!
I don't smoke, but have nothing against you smoking on the balcony.

Couples will be accepted, with an extra charge of £150/month
