I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our friendly two-bed flat. You’ll be living with Maike, 28, who is clean, easy-going, and works full-time. There is also Sunny, Maike’s adorable puppy so you must be okay with pets. She’s hypoallergenic, so you don’t need to worry about fur.

The room:
• Spacious double bedroom
• Comes furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and under bed storage
• £750 per month
• Bills are arranged separately through the landlord, layout below.
Council tax: £58 pm (landlord splits this three ways)
Water and WiFI: £40.25 pm
Gas and electricity: changes by season, anywhere between £40-£80 pm
• Available from 31st December, with flexibility from the landlord if you need to move in over the first weekend of the new year

Looking for:
A female tenant ideally aged 25+, but we’re open to all ages! Full-time employed, who’s sociable, friendly, and relaxed. We’re after someone who enjoys a chilled home environment.
