We have two rooms available in our beautiful Brixton/Herne Hill flat!
Searching for working professionals interested in 1) a 3-6 month sublet beginning in July or 2) a 1 year full tenancy beginning in August.
Other flatmates work in the arts and law, and hoping to find 2 lovely people with similar interests in arts, nature, cooking, walking, wine etc - and who want to make their house feel like a home!
About Room 1 (pictured with patterned rug):
Available for 3-6 month sublet (can be flexible) from July 1 2026.
This is a lovely double bedroom where I have loved living for around 2 years. I am taking some time out of work to travel & therefore wish to sublet!
The room is v. spacious and comes furnished; a double bed with under bed drawers, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa and side table. The wooden bureau is mine, and most likely would prefer to leave it in the room whilst I'm away. The large mirror is also my own, but again happy to discuss leaving it there!
Wooden floors and high ceilings; feels very bright and airy. Plenty of room to do yoga, hobbies, etc.
About Room 2 (pictured with pink/peachy duvet):
Available for full one-year tenancy from 1 August 2026.
This room is a lovely cosy double bedroom with a high slanted ceiling, wooden floors and plenty of high in-built storage. Comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
About the flat:
-Situated on a quiet residential street
-3 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms (one full with bath, shower & loo, one with just toilet & sink)
-We are an LGBTQ+ friendly flat <3
-Balcony
-Kitchen with dining space

5-10 min walk to Herne Hill station (national rail to Blackfriars, London Victoria, St Pancras etc).
