The house has an open living room with a separate kitchen, back garden and living room containing TV and a wood-stove. All the rooms are clean with good amenities.
Lucy & I work during the week & are very easy going, we enjoy living in this house and would like someone similar.
Brixton is only 10-15 safe walk (or bus) with plenty to do plus there is a local Tesco & Co-op for an easy shop.
The local pub is great within 3 min walk (The Cambria) as local parks including Brockwell and Ruskin.
The area has great transport links with Brixton 10 min walk (5 min bus); Loughborough Junction 3 min walk; Herne Hill 10 min walk & Denmark Hill 10 min.
