Me (Jim) & my wife ( Maggie) have a lovely loft space in our family home. We are friendly & respectful & are looking for someone like minded to enjoy this space. We live with our daughter who is 30 and our dog Mia who is 15 , We are always up for a chat but will always respect your privacy too. The Loft space comprises of one bedroom , a living room, and a private bathroom with double shower!, You will have use of the kitchen, & have cupboard space, fridge & freeze space , plus your own washing machine & tumble drier!, & also a garden. Our property is on a quiet road backing onto South Norwood country park. It is council tax band D. Norwood junction & Elmers End station are a short walk away with great connections to central London, East Croydon station & Beckenham junction are a short tram ride away.
