A cosy and bright room at the Grangewood Park

I have a bright and cosy room to rent from 29th of December. It is located on the 1st floor of purpose-built block of flats. The mirrored wardrobe was replaced, as you can see in the picture. I want to replace the bed with a smaller one (when the current flatmate vacates the room) to create more space, but you can decide to keep it as it is.
I am the flat owner. I am a friendly professional looking for a tidy, responsible and mature person to share the flat with. All the usuals are here: fast Wi-Fi, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. A dehumidifier (it really speeds up clothes drying time) and a washer dryer are available for use as well. There is a green space at the back of the property where you can chill. If you are into walks or jogging, there is a great park pretty much across the road with tennis, basketball, bowling courts, free outdoor gym and obviously running paths (google Grangewood Park). Parking is not a problem, as there is an on-street parking with no restrictions.

The house is 20 min walk from Crystal Palace Triangle (gyms, pubs, shops, all that jazz). Nearby stations: Norwood Junction - 15 min walk (access to London Bridge), Thornton Heath - 15 min walk (access to Victoria) also Crystal Palace train and over - ground station (London Bridge, Victoria, Canada Water).

Bus Stop NA Howden Road (3 minutes walk away):
SL6 Superloop (Waterloo, Holborn Station, Russell Square)
196 (Brixton, Elephant & Castle)
468 (King's College Hospital, Elephant & Castle)

2 - all other buses go through St Julian's Farm Road Bus Stop placed 10 minutes away, where you can transfer to bus 2 (Victoria Station, Hyde Park Corner, Marylebone Station)
