Weekday room in normally empty home.

Hi! My tenants moving out so I have a double room available Monday-Friday only in my house in South London. It’s perfect for a professional who needs to be in London a few nights a week but wants a relaxing base in the evenings.

While I am a live-in landlord, I’m a pilot and work away from home during the week, so any tenant normally has the whole place to themselves from Monday evening to Friday morning.

It’s a 2 bed terraced house with a garden on a quiet residential street. It’s my home so is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The spare room currently has a double bed and chest of drawers, but I can arrange further storage if required.

On street parking is available out front, and it is around a 10 minute walk to Norwood Junction station from which London Bridge is a 12 minute journey. It also has access to Overground and Thameslink services. Alternatively, the house is less than a 5 minute walk to Arena tram stop giving access to East Croydon and Wimbledon.

I’m a very relaxed guy into live music, pretty much all sport and whatever show everyone’s talking about on Netflix, but as mentioned I won’t be around much so I’m looking for someone tidy and trustworthy to be in my home during the week, enjoying the peace and quiet but also taking care of the place.
