Short Term Let Near East Croydon/Norwood Junction

Hello,

I have a single room available to rent on the second floor of a two bedroom flat in the Woodside area. An 8-10 minute tram or bus journey from East Croydon or Norwood Junction for very quick access to central London.

The flat comes with a very spacious shared furnished living room that you will usually have all to yourself as it is rarely used. A shared bathroom and kitchen with access to appliances and cookware.

I am looking for a full time male or female professional/student who is friendly and tidy under 35 years old.
Not looking for someone primarily working from home or couples.
