1 or 2 Rooms in Crystal Palace

Currently living in a house in Crystal Palace - looking to fill the space of my two housemates are moving out in August/Sep.

It’s quite a decently sized 4 bed semi-detached house with a frankly humongous garden. Currently we’ve used 2 of the rooms as bedrooms, the third as a spare/storage and the 4th as a secondary living/office area. Ideally looking to stay and split the space with either one other (£1000 pm each) or two other (£700pm each) people.

Really well connected: literally next door to South Norwood Lake and walking distance to Crystal Palace triangle, and plenty of options for stations. Minimum stay 6 months, with the possibility of extended on a rolling basis.
