About the house:
This house is very sunny and peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood which has amazing transport links.
The house is a short walk to Norwood Junction station, which is one stop to London Bridge (12 mins). There are direct trains to London Victoria and the Overground goes straight to East London. Crystal palace is nearby.
We live 5 mins away to South Norwood Country Park with a lake, wetlands, nature reserve and a park run every Saturday.
The front bedroom has a large bay window, two built in wardrobes, storage cupboards, large shelves a double bed, a desk and a mirror.
The two rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower with good water pressure.
As well as the usual amenities, there's a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and a garden shed with various garden tools and space for a bike if you have one.
All utensils are available eg plates, cutlery, cooking pots. Bedding (duvet, pillows, sheets) is also available on request.
Aldi is a 10 mins walk. Other supermarkets nearby.

Norwood Junction - (10 minute walk) 12 minute train to London Bridge, Overground to Jubilee Line & East London, trains to Victoria and West/East Croydon.
Harrington Road - (5 minutes) Tram stop to East Croydon in 14 minutes, Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction.
Elmers End - (10 minute walk through the country park) 30 minute train to Charing Cross, Lewisham, Kent, Cannon Street.
Frequent buses towards Crystal Palace, Peckham, Croydon, 176 to Tottenham Court Road and 196 to Elephant & Castle are close by.
Free on street parking (permit free) outside the house.
