This room comes fully furnished with double bed and pocket sprung mattress, 2 x Wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table. Also has a Desk and chair - perfect for WFH!

Sharing a modern kitchen with just 4 other people including a Fridge freezer, washer / dryer, oven/grill and microwave. Each tenant has a designated refrigerator space, private cupboard and all cooking and eating materials are provided.

Bathroom is shared with just 2 other people.

The house has a dedicated property manager available 24/7, all communal areas are deep cleaned bi-weekly and the garden is regularly maintained. Shared goods for communal areas are also replenished bi-weekly (washing up liquid, bin bags, kitchen rolls etc).
