Furnished room available in a warm and welcoming family home. I live here with my two sons, Jackson (5) and Asa (1). The boys are sociable, friendly, and full of energy, so the house has a lively atmosphere. It’s organised chaos at times, but always a safe, relaxed, and homely environment.

This would suit someone who is comfortable living in a family environment and appreciates a friendly, sociable home. While everyone respects each other’s space, this is a lived-in family house rather than a quiet professional house share.

The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Norwood Junction station, with excellent transport links including London Bridge in around 12 minutes and Gatwick Airport in approximately 30 minutes by train. We’re also just a 10-minute walk from South Norwood Country Park, offering plenty of open green space for walks, exercise, and relaxation.

A cleaner visits once a week to help keep the shared areas clean and tidy, and local shops, supermarkets, cafés and bus routes are all within easy walking distance.
