Lovely double Easy for Central London

Hi there.
We have 1 double room available now in our beautiful shared house. Another great room becomes available in Feb. The rooms are furnished with a double bed, Tv, desk and chair, plenty of storage space and wifi.

Looking for friendly but quiet individuals to share. We are all working people and respect other's privacy and space. So its not a party house. But we are also friendly and enjoy a good chat! Everyone gets on here just great! There are two bathrooms and we have a lovely garden and conservatory. The kitchen has everything you need (so don't bring anything!) and there is also a barbeque for the summer.

Happy to have students on working placements, interships and professional working people. Sometimes people come for 3 months and stay on for 3 years here!

Swimming pool, athletics arena, shops and park all on doorstep. Smoking is confined to outside. There is a beautiful cat who is also mainly lives outside in her palace.(or on the stairs!)

Live in landlady (in an annex) who is quite often living out too, away working- very handy for tips about the area and also makes sure the place is always kept clean and tidy. We have a cleaner once a week. I have been letting rooms for quite a while now and am still in contact with many ex tenants who have since become friends.

Transport is EXCELLENT. 10 mins walk to Norwood junction Station where you can be in London Bridge or Victoria with in 15 mins. Also 20 mins on the new Overground to Canary Wharf. Less than 5 mins on bus to East Croydon station, giving you access all over the country and only 15 mins to Gatwick Airport.
