Hello, I have a beautiful double room in a clean and new house in South Norwood, available for a female, male or couple to let.

THE ROOM:
The room is large and fully furnished with a very comfortable double mattress/bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a TV. The floor is carpeted, and it contains a big windows which has blackout blinds on them, as well as thinner curtains. You will have a complete  bathroom in suite, which will only be utilised by you.

THE HOUSE:
The house is modern, clean, and spacious. It has three bedrooms and three and a half toilets. It is inside a quiet and safe gated community and includes a washing machine, a lovely private garden, a big and fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room. Smoking is not allowed in the room (or anywhere on the upstairs floors).
In the house live only three person.

THE AREA:
The house is located in South Norwood, an area in the borough of Croydon. It is a ten minute walk from Norwood Junction station, which has frequent trains to London Bridge (14 minutes) and London Victoria (20 minutes),Reigate, East Croydon, as well as Overground trains to Shoreditch and West Croydon. There are bus stops 30 seconds-2 minutes from the house, with excellent transport links to East/West Croydon, Crystal Palace, Sydenham and Peckham and others areas.
There are small shops just outside the house, a Tesco Express three  minutes away and a relatively big shopping area with a Sainsbury's, an Iceland, various takeaways, a Wilko's, and many other shops, is a five minute bus ride away.
