As the add says we are in South Norwood nearest train station Norwood Junction.. which is an 8 min walk... 15mins to London Bridge.. we have the Overground which takes you straight to Canada Water.. Canary Wharf.. there many buses to choose from.. that go into Croydon..
We are a friendly household.. and on summer nights will share a drink and a chat in the garden..
