The nearest train stations are Sydenham and Penge East both can be found within 10 minutes walking distance.

Buses also run frequently past the property making it a great location for both exploring London and commuting.

Close to Crystal Palace hub, Sydenham High street, local parks, Pure Gym, Sava Centre, and a variety of high street shops restaurants, Eateries ,Pubs and petrol stations.

NB: Broadband and Electricity costs are shared between roomies long term stayers only.

Short term stayers 2 weeks or less inclusive in weekly room price.

There is also a cleaning rota for long term stayers.

Short term stayers are asked to clean as they go when using communal areas.

Room and bedding is cleaned weekly for short term stayers.

Long term stayers the carpets curtains and room is steam cleaned once per month.

A laundry service and catering service is also available on request at an additional cost.

Any damages to property or items in use must be paid for as and when we aim to return 100% of your deposit so please report all repairs needed promptly.

We hope you have a comfortable stay.

Any flatmate disputes must be resolved at a grass roots level. The management team will not mediate for you. Learn to get along.

Please be mindful that we are all different and have different ways off doing things. Treat others as you would like to be treated!

The London Borough of Bromley Council response to Noise nusiance is immediate, be mindful off your volume if you are a music lover.
