Double room in cute flat by Crystal Palace park

Double bedroom available to rent in flat right by Crystal Palace Park. To share with me (33 year old comms professional/part time psychotherapy student) and a resident feline. Bills included in the rent price. Can be adjusted for a part time rent.

The flat is under a ten min walk from Sydenham station (trains every 7 mins into London Bridge, Canada Water and Victoria) and on a couple of good bus routes. Also 15 mins walk to Crystal Palace, Penge West & East and Sydenham Hill stations. We’re on the ground floor in a well maintained block with friendly neighbours right by Crystal Palace Park. It’s a safe neighbourhood with communal grounds and a small balcony where I try (and mostly fail) to keep plants alive.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, easy going, and responsible. I try to be environmentally conscious re: unnecessary plastic and recycling etc, so would appreciate living with someone who feels similarly.

I’m working fully from home at the moment but expect to be back in the office 2 days a week from September onwards.
