This single occupancy double room is in my lovely flat in Sydenham. Parquet floors, new bright and airy kitchen, 5 mins from Sydenham station.
Lovely area, also 5 mins from leafy Mayow park.
It's the ideal location.
My current 2 male tenants are both professional. They both have a room each and so there is another room available to rent.. It's the largest of the rooms and really spacious.
You would need to share the bills. With bills increasing for us all, this flat share is a great way to keep your costs of living in London to a minimum.
There is broadband but again, this will need to be split.
Some furniture can be arranged on request.

There's a communal area outside, which is lovely on summer/autumn evenings, or just to grab some air. It's lovely and peaceful there.
