Lovely area, also 5 mins from leafy Mayow park.
It's the ideal location.
My current 2 male tenants are both professional. They both have a room each and so there is another room available to rent.. It's a small double but super cosy, size reflects the price.
You would need to share the bills. With bills increasing for us all, this flat share is a great way to keep your costs of living in London to a minimum.
There is broadband but again, this will need to be split.
Some furniture can be arranged on request.

There's a communal area outside, which is lovely on summer/autumn evenings, or just to grab some air. It's lovely and peaceful there.
