The room is furnished as per images (Balcony Access, chest of draws, double bed, TV and Wardrobe) A cleaner who comes fortnightly is included in your rent. They will dust, hoover and mop your room as well as cleaning the rest of the flat. You'll have access to all streaming platforms.

Shared access to the living area, balcony and kitchen.
1 full Bathroom (shower, bathtub) + 1 WC + 2 sinks

Looking for female professionals preferably.

A bit about me:
I work in Tech and work from home 100%. I am a smoker and have a dog. I like to go out with friends on the weekends and occasionally during the week. I'm sociable and bubbly but do like my own time too. I like to watch TV especially Friends and can't say no to a glass of wine. I do enjoy cooking and cook a few times a week. I am clean and tidy as a person and would like my potential flatmate to be the same. This is a home and I'd like my new flat mate to feel and treat it the same.

A bit about Teddy (my puppy)
He's 10 months old. He's a rescue puppy. He is super friendly and doesn't leave my side lol. He's potty trained so no accidents. He's not aggressive or difficult just a mummy's boy. He's Neutered as well so quite docile. All vaccinations up to date etc.

A bit about my potential flatmate
Someone who likes dogs. Not looking for anyone that works from home more than 2 days per week please. Be respectful, kind, tidy and clean.
