This is a Penthouse flat consisting of 2 Double bedrooms. The room for rent has Balcony Access, chest of draws, double bed, TV and Wardrobe. The bathroom is shared but only by myself. A cleaner who comes fortnightly is included in that price too. They will change bedding, hoover and mop. You'll have access to all streaming platforms.
A bit about me:
I work in Tech and work from home 100%. I am a smoker and have a dog. I like to go out with friends on the weekends and occasionally during the week. I'm sociable and bubbly but do like my own time too. I like to watch TV especially Friends and can't say no to a glass of wine or 2. I do enjoy cooking and cook a few times a week. I am clean and tidy as a person and would like my potential flatmate to be the same. This is a home and I'd like my new flat mate to feel and treat it the same.
