There are good transport connections from Forest Hill and Sydenham. Grocery shops are close by and great little pubs, bars and restaurants in the area. Also a few great parks and a river walk.

We are looking for someone to live with us in this semi queit household. I have a regular 9-5 job and my housemate is a musician and works from home. The house has annoyingly paper thin walls so we are looking for someone who is happy to listen to their music and watch their series/movies either on low volume or with headphones.

We have a tendency to be a bit more on the introverted side, however, we are very friendly, and enjoy conversing in the shared spaces. We are looking for someone who can appreciate that we are not a party household.
