I have a bright double room available in my two-bedroom flat on the top floor in Crystal Palace. The flat overlooks the park, is in a safe and friendly area, and is very well connected with transport, shops, and grocery stores nearby.

I live here with my 3-year-old son, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, responsible, and family-friendly. The flat is usually quiet—during the day it’s often empty as I work different hours, and evenings are calm.

💡 Two options for rent:
• Option 1: £1,100/month (all bills included) – standard flat share
• Option 2: £700/month (all bills included) – in exchange for some light childcare support (e. g., occasionally staying in while my son sleeps, or being at home for a couple of hours during parent handovers; rarely helping with handover from A to B). No ongoing childcare outside the home. A DBS check or previous references would be required for this option.

The room would suit a student, someone who works remotely, or anyone looking for a calm, affordable home in a great location.
