Bright double room in calm professional home

Light and airy double room in a well-kept top-floor two-bedroom flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and large built-in wardrobe, with a simple, uncluttered feel.

This is a calm, well-maintained home in a great South East London location. I’m looking for someone for a 2–6 month stay who values a peaceful living environment and has an independent routine during the week.

The flat is within easy walking distance of three stations, offering excellent connections across London. There are also plenty of green spaces, cafés and bakeries nearby, making it a very comfortable place to live.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living space with me and my indoor cat. The atmosphere here is quiet, tidy and respectful.

This is a peaceful home rather than a social house share, and is best suited to someone with a similar preference for calm living.
