Forest Hill Station is an 11-minute walk away with overground routes to London Bridge and Canada Water in 13-17 minutes.
Other amenities: Forest Hill Pools (gym & swimming pool) is a 5-minute walk away.
Big Sainsbury's is a 12-min walk away. Aldi and Lidl are a 20-min bus journey away.
There is also a nearby green grocer, chemists, beauty shops, newsagents, and green spaces all within 5-15 min walking distance.
If you wish to enjoy a bit of culture, the Horniman museum is only a 15-min walk away.

• The tenancy is on a monthly rolling basis (you would be taking over my contract)
• Moving in date: Wednesday 18th February, 2026
• Deposit: £794.00
To pass referencing checks:
• If studying, and only relying on student finance, you would need to have a UK-based guarantor earning at least £30,000 per year and who has a clean credit history.
• Otherwise, if you are working, you would need to earn a minimum of £24,000 per annum AND be on a permanent contract.
