Large room in 1960s townhouse close to transport

I am a live in landlord and rent the ground floor of my three storey house. There are two rooms to let, the one advertised here and one other (already let). These rooms have a shared shower room and kitchen. There is also a large living room and further kitchen on the middle floor which everyone can use. The top floor is my private space.

The room to let is large 5m x 4m, has a double bed, sofa, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is extra storage space in drawers under the bed.

The room would suit anyone wanting accommodation with easy access to public transport. There are shops, a gym and a park all within 5 minutes' walk.

I have been letting rooms for over 15 years and comfortable with sharing. The only rules are to ensure everyone is safe.

A deposit is required to secure the room.
