We have a very large double room to rent in upper Sydenham (border of Forest Hill).The room is bright and airy and has a two wardrobe with 4 doors, a female dream closet space, 2 night stand, work/study desk and chair, chest of drawers, a small storage unit and there is a spacious balcony.

The room colour can be changed upon request. Small pieces of furniture can be added to make it your own.

The flat is within a gated community, with secured off street parking.

The flat is conveniently located between Sydenham and Forest Hill and it’s a 10 mins walk to both Sydenham and Forest Hill train stations (trains to London Bridge and Victoria and the Overground to Dalton Junction/Highbury and Islington).

The property is 3 min away from Tesco Express and 10 min to Sainsbury's. The route is served by 122, 197, and 176 (which is a night bus which goes to Central London). The 202, 356, 185 and other buses are in close proximity.

There are 3 local gyms, including the popular Forest Hill Pools and Pure gym) conveniently located within 5 minutes from the flat. There are also quite a few pubs, bars, local shops (including delis, fishmonger and butchers) and restaurants all within walking distance.

The flat comprises of a large fitted kitchen with a dining table. We have a washing machine, microwave and all other basic facilities.
