Cosy double room in stylish, spacious flat

I have a cosy room with a double bed available in my stylish, homely flatshare in lovely Lower Sydenham.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed; bedside table, wardrobe and plenty of storage.

You'll be living with three girls in their mid-twenties. They are social professionals, who have made the flat homely and keep it clean and tidy. It's a relaxed, comfortable flat; perfect to unwind in after a day at work.

The flat has all the mod-cons: fibre optic broadband, large screen digital TV, Hive central heating and underfloor heating. All included with the rent. It's a cut above your average flatshare!

There are two floors and two bathrooms, so no queues for the showers in the morning. The lower floor has a large kitchen and communal area with large TV. There's also a roof terrace with seating for some outdoor space. There's plenty of parking outside and a space for bikes, should you need it.

Lower Sydenham and Sydenham train stations are about a ten minute walk. From there you can get to Charing Cross, London Bridge or Waterloo in about 20 minutes via the overground (so much nicer than the Tube). Canada Water and the Jubilee Line are 15 minutes. It's well located for Central and the East London. Victoria is also possible from Penge East.

All bills are included with your rent so you get everything included. That's a good benefit with the fluctuating cost of bills at the moment.

You'll be dealing directly with the landlord (me) so there are no agent fees or hidden costs.
