The garden is very pretty and a peaceful highlight to the house – with beautiful greenery making it feel like you are not in London. Perfect for relaxing, reading, working and BBQ’s. Split patio area and multi-level garden, including apple tree. There's plenty of garden furniture to use.

Only 9 mins walk to West Norwood Train Station – which connects directly to London bridge Station in 23 mins. Also Tulse Hill Train Station is walking distance. Streatham Hill Train Station is also a possible option.

The deposit is 1 month, minimum stay is 6 months and ideally looking for someone who is looking to stay long-term. We are looking for a nice, clean, considerate, easy-going professional individual.
