We have a double bedroom available in our lovely three bed Victorian flat in West Norwood.

The room is fully furnished and situated in the front of the flat, overlooking a quiet residential street. It’s got two large windows making it bright and airy!

You will be sharing with Lena, 27, working in costume, and Louise 26 who is a teacher. We are both relatively busy midweek but get together in the evenings or weekends for dinner/catch up and to watch Netflix. We are both very friendly sociable people and would like to find someone that would fit into that dynamic.

The flat is located within easy walking distance to both West Norwood and Tulse Hill train stations (direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria) and has excellent access to direct bus routes to Balham, Clapham, Brixton, Elephant & Castle, and Euston.

As well as all the shops, restaurants and pubs we have on our doorstep, there is a leisure centre with gym and pool 5 minutes away, and a Picturehouse cinema is 10 minutes away. We also benefit from unrestricted parking, so its convenient for those with cars.

Ideally, we'd like to live with a fellow professional, that keeps a similar schedule to ours.

The room is £625 PCM. Bills are not included and come to around £90 PCM (these include, fast fibre internet, utilities and council tax) the deposit is £950.
